Returns & Refunds
Please get in touch with us if you wish to return/exchange the product(s). You can place request online from your account or send a request to care@hublei.com or call/whatsapp us on +91 7795354568.
Return /exchange request needs to be placed within 3 days of receiving the product(s).
Product(s) can only be returned if
- The Product(s) you received is not what you have ordered for. In case we have dispatched a wrong product, we will arrange for a free pickup.
AND
Product(s) can be exchanged for any reason
- We provide exchange on products if you receive damaged product(s) or you wish to exchange for any other reason. We will arrange a free pickup from our side. In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
In all other cases, if you still wish to return the product and you opt for our pickup service we will refund your money after deducting standard reverse shipping charges based on weight of product(s) and your location as charged to us by our courier partner.
In case reverse shipping is not available from our side in your region you will be responsible for returning the product(s) to our office/warehouse and in such cases we will refund the total billed amount. You can ship to our office/warehouse with any carrier of your choice on your own and in such cases we will refund the total billed amount.
Currently, reverse pickup is not available to our customers from outside India.
All returned products will be inspected carefully before initiating full/partial refund. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Please send the product(s) with original packing to ensure product(s) is not damaged.
Customized orders cannot be returned.
For every order cancelled, refund will be processed via your original mode of payment.
If the product(s) has not been dispatched, we will initiate refund as soon as possible (max. 48 hours) after we receive your request for order cancellation.
In case of returned product(s), we will initiate a refund within 48 hours after we receive the product(s) back. We will inspect the product(s) before initiating the refund.
Yes, we offer reverse pickup – both free & paid pickup is available from selected areas in India.
- Free reverse pickup – Only when we have sent a different product than what you have ordered or you wish to exchange the product.
- Paid reverse pickup – product(s) not applicable under free return policy. Please read our return policy available on top of this page. Standard reverse shipping charges will be deducted in such cases based on weight and location, as charged to us by our courier partner.
