What is Hublei's Shipping Policy?

Free delivery of products in India. 

Products are processed within 0-2 working days.We expect the delivery time to be a maximum of 10 days from the date of shipment within India. Usually, we deliver way faster than the maximum delivery time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Currently, we are not offering EMI options.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, pin and passwords. If your payment still fails try again after sometime.

What is Hublei's Return Policy?

Please get in touch with us if you wish to return/exchange the product(s).You can place request online or send a request to care@hublei.com or call/whatsapp us on +91 7795354568.

Return /exchange request needs to be placed within 3 days of receiving the product(s). 

Product(s) can only be returned if the product(s) you received is not what you have ordered for

OR

Product(s) can be exchanged for any reason

All products will be inspected carefully before initiating full/partial refund.

Do you have reverse pickup service?

Yes, we offer reverse pickup – both free & paid pickup is available –

  • Free reverse pickup –  products applicable under return policy 
  • Paid reverse pickup – products  not applicable under return policy
How do I get my refund in case I cancel my order?

For every order cancelled, refund will be processed via your original mode of payment.

If the product(s) has not been dispatched, we will initiate refund as soon as possible (max. 48 hours) after we receive your request for order cancellation.

In case of returned product(s), we will initiate a refund within 48 hours after we receive the product(s) back. We will inspect the product(s) before initiating the refund.
